Sam Russell – Director
Sam is a registered Architect and Building Practitioner, an A+ member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects and the Master Builders Association. He has worked in Victoria, interstate and in Dubai on high end jobs, including work for State and Federal Governments, Universities, and private developers.
With a keen interest in the dental and healthcare sector, Sam has established Create Dental in 2010 with a specific focus on the development of dental clinics.

Ashritha Mahen
As a practising Melbourne Dentist, Ashritha understands what is necessary in surgery design to maximise staff efficiency, functionality and patient comfort. Asha’s dedication has been pivotal in the set up and progression of many thriving surgeries. Her eye for interior design, combined with her practical knowledge of the day to day operations of a surgery, helps her transform any space into one that makes a lasting impression.
Asha’s creativity combined with her understanding of the latest technology is seen through her work. She keeps up to date with the advancements in the industry and utilises this to the benefit of her clients. Ash brings firsthand experience and an intimate knowledge of the dental industry to develop surgery layouts that achieve the ideal end result that will positively impact any dental practice.
Ben Shannon – Site Manager
Ben is a highly skilled Site Manager. With years of experience in the dental field and a background in carpentry, Ben brings his friendly nature, excellent communication skills, and outstanding construction knowledge to manage building on site.
Ben is in constant communication with Sam, and helps to deliver projects on time and with an exceptional level of construction quality.
